Who is Matthias Schmitt?

I’m Matthias. a 4x founder turned executive coach and speaker, now supporting visionary leaders, post-exit founders, and HNW/UHNW individuals in navigating their next chapter with clarity, impact, and full aliveness.

After building and exiting companies in tech, events, and investing with 8-figure funding and 70+ employees, I hit a time of meaninglessness and identity crisis which led me on a path of personal discovery and ultimately to helping other high-performers lead from their most powerful, aligned self.

I was named one of Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top 5 Life Coaches of 2024, have developed the globally recognized Expansion State Method™, and am in the process of writing my first bestselling book about Evolutionary Leadership.

Beyond all these labels, I want you to know that I deeply care about humans, our planet and uplifting each other to fully thrive in this life.
